UPPER BOWENS CREEK 12 February 2023 Upper Bowens Creek is a walk-through creek with some canyon sections and some swims. However a surprise awaited us early on: one of the climb-down relied on a log which has now disappeared. It was not safe to use a handline so we resorted to abseiling the drop.
