GALAH CANYON 23 February 2023 Galah is a lovely albeit short canyon.We were prepared for a long day and it was indeed. The 2019-20 fires and subsequent floods damaged the creek section: lots of climbing, avoiding and burrowing… Once in the “canyoniferous” section, Galah Canyon worked its magic and all the hard work getting there was forgotten!

TOOTIE CASCADES 6 February 2023 Although the walk was only about 8 km in length, the number of climbs and descents, the slippery dry leaves and a sunny 30° day made it a challenging day! Thanks to the Bushwalking Gods for the cool waters of the creek! The views and the Cascades were the highlight of the trip!
